Negotiation Bots: An AI-Supported Framework for Procurement Contract Negotiations
Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping procurement negotiations, moving from experimentation into real-world impact. Join our webinar to explore findings from CAPS’ latest white paper Negotiation Bots to learn more about an AI-supported framework that models the effects of anchoring, power asymmetry, and emotions in contract negotiations.
Attendees will learn how the framework embeds rational guardrails, structured audit logs, and fairness to support responsible adoption. Real-world industry use cases from companies like Walmart and Maersk are also reported to illustrate how AI can automate routine negotiations, improve efficiency, and strengthen supplier relationships.
This session will cover key findings, including the importance of first-mover advantage, the nuanced role of emotions, and how AI can serve as a safe training ground for procurement teams. Plus, a practical five-step implementation checklist is provided to help organizations operationalize the findings and achieve the critical success factors.
Register now to learn how to make negotiation AI a strategic capability that delivers measurable value, faster cycle times, and stronger supplier relationships, while maintaining transparency, governance, and human oversight.
