From Hype to Insight: A Call for Theory-Driven LLMs in Business Research
Large Language Models (LLMs) are rapidly accelerating innovation in supply chain management, offering unprecedented opportunities to enhance decision-making, minimize bias, and reveal insights that were once hidden in complex data streams. Yet with this promise comes risk. To fully harness AI’s potential responsibly, supply chain leaders need approaches that integrate it within proven frameworks.
This webinar explores both the opportunities and pitfalls of LLMs in supply chain practice. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of why theory-driven strategies are essential for leveraging AI effectively, and how these tools can be applied to real-world challenges. As a highlight, attendees will also receive a first look at Negotiation Bots – an in-progress framework designed to apply theory-informed LLMs specifically to procurement contract negotiation.
