Providing reports that are timely, topical and of special interest
There are many times when standard benchmarking reports need to be augmented by
a survey that asks for information on a specific topic from a specific groups of
participants. The benchmarking team at CAPS Research works with different groups,
associations, and organizations to develop tailored surveys that will provide sufficient
metrics for in-depth analyses.
Since these focused benchmarking activities are usually sponsored by a company or
organization that has expressed an interest in one topic (i.e., diversity spend
management, or eProcurement), the sponsoring organization has an opportunity to
work with the CAPS Research benchmarking team to develop the survey.
