CAPS Research provides benchmarking tools for supply management groups to measure their performance across different key performance indicators.

(TEMPE, Arizona) August 1, 2011— CAPS Research releases to the public its updated Cross-Industry Metric Report June 2011. The report lists 20 key performance indicators (KPIs) that are standard across different industry sectors. This highly regarded report includes popular key performance indicators such as training spend, diversity spend, total spend as a percent of revenue, supply management organization operating costs, purchase order cycle times, and employee retention.
