Supplier Environmental Sustainability Performance Report - 2010

(TEMPE, Arizona) December 9, 2010 — CAPS Research recently published its second benchmark report developed for the Electric Utility Industry Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance. This report focuses on environmental sustainability data provided by more than 300 suppliers who support different electric utility companies. The benchmark report illustrates how these key suppliers are addressing policy and environmental management, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, air emissions, energy consumption, water use, waste and materials management, and innovation. The report also highlights specific topics about the collaborative efforts between the utilities and suppliers to reduce environmental impacts.
