Supplier Financial and Operational Risk Management

(TEMPE, Arizona) December 7, 2010 — In recent years, many leading-edge companies have taken a pro-active approach to implement risk management programs. CAPS Research has released a new focus study that examines best practices related to supplier risk management, in particular when firms engage third-party service providers (3PRs) to assist them. The recently-published CAPS Research study includes sections on supplier risk management processes, financial data analysis, and the roles assumed by third-party risk management companies. Case studies illustrate how three companies developed their supplier risk management programs.
