the focus study reports.

Documents Not Loading FAQ
I've logged in, but when the document I tried to open is blank and nothing happens.
Try minimizing all open windows to see if an Adobe Acrobat dialog box is open and
waiting for a response. An open dialog box will make it appear that nothing is happening
and that the pdf document is blank. Once the dialog box is closed, the document
should open.
